Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Verify invoices and obtain necessary approvals before payment to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors and promptly resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate and timely payments.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A.A.S. Degree in accounting or finance-related is preferred

Additional Information

Schedule  - Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-5:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM-11:30 AM

Successful completion of a probationary period provides an opportunity to transition to the company and participation in a full benefit package
