Established Eastern, NC employer is seeking experienced contract, PART-TIME Call Center Agents in North Carolina!
$16.00/hour
This non-clinical position will receive and transfer calls appropriately in high volume. The position’s primary responsibility is to answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate party, sharing information, providing technical assistance, answering questions and handling and/or resolving complaints.
The CSR is often the first interaction and must respond to the caller’s needs in a professional service-oriented manner while maintaining a high level of customer/client satisfaction.
These calls may be demanding, and you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from individuals facing challenging circumstances. These interactions may be emotionally charged, and it is important to be able to stay calm and professional.
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required a behavioral health experience is preferred.
- This position is temporary and will work ONLY Monday-Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., OR Wednesday-Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.; all holidays required.
- Position is currently remote, and the person must have a work environment that is free from interruptions. *Candidates must live within the company's service area in Eastern, NC.
- Contract need, lasting 12 months with possibility of an extension.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required a behavioral health experience is preferred.
- CBC and Drug Screen will be a part of the pre-employment screening.
- MUST have the ability to work distraction free from home and on a PART TIME SCHEDULE. Monday-Wednesday, OR Wednesday-Friday. Please let us know if you have a preference.
- Must have a schedule conducive to working all holidays as required by the employer for this position.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and during potentially high stress calls."
