We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to join an established team as a  Medical Office Assistant.  In this role you would be the first point of contact for patients.

$14.00/hour

** This position is typically 2 to 3 days a week, usually on Tuesday, Wednesday, and sometimes Thursdays from 8am to 4:30 pm and could include 32 - 36 hours per week.   The end time is negotiable!  ** 

What You Will Do:

• Be a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients
• Room patients, take brief medical histories, and answer phones
• Manage patient flow, and ensure timely service
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in our electronic medical records system
• Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks      

• Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical office
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
