Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
A part-time position is available for a candidate who has the ability to ensure smooth administrative operations.
The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the administrative team by providing essential organizational and administrative support. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage a variety of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Perform data entry across various applications with attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist management staff with a variety of tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to efficiently locate and utilize resources.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or a closely related field.
- High school graduate plus additional college-level coursework.
Additional Information
The work schedule is Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., with the potential for some flexibility.
