Part-Time Office Assistant
Job Description
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills?
Busy and established CPA Firm in Eastern, NC is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including running errands (post office, bank deposits, etc.) responding to emails, and supporting the owner and staff as needed. Exposure to bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
Primary Duties:
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, running errands, responding to emails, client billing, and supporting the firm’s owner and additional staff as needed.
What the Client is Seeking:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A keen eye for detail and a love for problem-solving
- Experience with QuickBooks or SAGE is helpful but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exposure to bookkeeping is a plus

Job Requirements
