Do you possess a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy?  In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of financial processes. Growing Kinston, NC based company is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking Senior Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities will include monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations for multiple accounts, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end closing and the preparation of the financial statements as well as preparing internal financial reports and analysis. 

$24.00/hour minimum 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Payable Management: Process invoices efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and vendor satisfaction.
• General Ledger Expertise: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through meticulous transaction recording.
• Financial Reporting Proficiency: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including accruals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
• Four years of proven experience in accounts payable, general ledger, and accrual accounting.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required

• Proficiency in accounting software and specifically Microsoft Excel
