Job Description
Immediate need for an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a REMOTE part-time/contract opportunity!
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team, including managing correspondence (email and phone calls) with provider agencies.
- Maintain organized electronic records and files.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, report generating and tracking.
- Send reminder communication and reports to providers regarding completion of various assessments.
- Ability to independently seek out information, to research questions and problems and develop strategies to address these.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow instructions and established protocols.
- Experience in the behavioral health field or general administrative experience is preferred.
Schedule:
Part-time, Monday – Friday. Flexible schedule options available: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (20 hours per week).
Contract need, lasting through June 2025.
Job Requirements
Thorough knowledge of general office practices, equipment and software packages. Computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to create documents, forms, and emails.
