Job Description
Behavioral Health organization is seeking a team of experienced Remote, Contract Coordinators to assist with a time sensitive project.
This will be a full-time, contract need - remote based in NC.
As a Contracts Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director to track and update contract information as well as monitor outstanding contracts for signatures. Qualified candidates should have advanced knowledge in analyzing data and completing spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with contract staff in reviewing, editing, and preparing contracts
- Review and analyze contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage contract databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Utilize a contracting system to track and monitor contracts for signatures
- Provide timely updates on contract status and progress
- Assist in contract audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of (3) years of experience working in a business or healthcare setting where contracts and subcontracts are used to provide services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with contracting systems
- Will require a home office space free of distractions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must reside within the company's catchment area in North Carolina - 46 counties in NC.

Additional Information
- Candidates will need to have a designated home office space that is free of noise and distractions.
- Must reside in NC - and live in the clients service area.
