Large Pitt County employer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full-time Custodian/Janitor!

$13.50/hour to start

About the Role:

  • Candidate will maintain a clean and safe environment through consistent cleaning and sanitization
  • Tasks include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and complete restroom cleaning & stocking
  • This is a long-term contract need
  • $13.50/hour to start, increase to $14.50/hour after 60 days
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, approx 5:00 a.m - 2:30 p.m. - flexibility with start and end time needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of TWO years of industrial cleaning experience required
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Reliable and positive attitude, ability to commit to this shift
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test as part of new employee onboarding
