Are you a highly organized and experienced custodian? Now hiring an experienced Custodian! This is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring client companies facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Core Responsibilities

• Hands-On Cleaning: Perform routine tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing to meet company cleanliness standards.
• Inspections & Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with established hygiene and safety protocols.
• Supply Management: Replenish toiletries, sanitizer dispensers, hand towel dispensers, and manage the proper removal and disposal of trash.
• Equipment Maintenance: Protect and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least two years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities maintenance role within a corporate or professional environment.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to meet the following physical demands:

• Ability to lift and pull in excess of 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Majority of work is performed while standing and walking.
• Requires the ability to bend, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, stoop, twist, and have full range of motion in upper and lower extremities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Willingness to tolerate some exposure to hazardous chemicals, dust, fumes, and gases common in cleaning environments.
