Event & Hospitality Coordinator
Job Description
Immediately hiring for a strategic Event & Hospitality Coordinator to work with event programming and food-and-beverage operations at an established Greenville, NC venue.
In this role, you will manage private events—including weddings, holiday events, parties, and corporate gatherings. You will act as the primary lead for functions and holiday celebrations, coordinating with outside caterers and vendors to ensure high-quality service always.
Core Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Execute a full calendar of private and seasonal social functions.
- Vendor Management: Partner with caterers and food trucks to provide diverse dining options.
- Operational Oversight: Manage snack bar services and help strategically expand amenities in a financially responsible way.
- Digital Marketing: Use social media to promote the venue and increase event rentals.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a flexible "all-hands-on-deck" approach to ensure overall success.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or catering coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to track performance metrics and manage financial implications.
- Experience with digital marketing and event promotion.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays MANDATORY

Job Requirements
- Previous experience is mandatory - minimum (3) years
- Reliable transportation
- Pitt County resident preferred
Additional Information
This job will be a salaried position, and will not offer a traditional schedule. Regular weekend work and evening hours are to be expected in peak months.
CBC, credit check and a drug screen will be required.
