Are you an articulate, customer-focused individual who loves food and is great at problem-solving? On-line food service has an immediate need for a Customer Experience Associate to be the welcoming voice and helpful face of their expanding brand.
Join the team of a fast-growing online seafood delivery service dedicated to bringing high-quality, sustainability sourced seafood directly to our customers doors offering both convenient subscription boxes and one-time purchases, delighting food lovers and health seekers across the country with premium fish and shellfish.
This role is a critical blend of customer service and product knowledge. You will be engaging with valued clientele, who are typically educated, health-conscious, and discerning foodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via both phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
- Become a product expert, learning key points about our sourcing, preparation, and variety of seafood.
- Resolve order issues, answer product questions, and ensure a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
- Communicate directly with our production team to address immediate needs and resolve time-sensitive issues, especially during peak season.
This position is currently structured as a full-time, on site role, through the busy holiday season - potential for long term placement but not guaranteed.
PAY: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
SET HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Job Requirements
- Exceptional Communication: You must be articulate and professional, able to clearly and warmly communicate with a discerning customer base.

- Eagerness to Learn: You must be ready to quickly absorb and retain information about clients products.
- Reliability & On-Site Availability: Ability to work on-site during core business hours, which is crucial for holiday success.

- Type of Position: This role could be a temporary-to-permanent hire, or a Holiday Season only engagement, depending on the candidate's fit and clients evolving needs.
