Job Description
Established company is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to help build and maintain relationships with customer base. Person will connect with new customers and be able to identify the customer’s needs and provide technical support. The candidate must be able to respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Requirements
Prior customer service experience of a responsible nature – identifying a need and proposing solutions and providing follow through
Experience using programs in the Microsoft Office Suite
Requires ability to multi-task and work with a team
Excellent communication, both in writing and speaking and critical thinking skills
