What You’ll Do
- Be the Face (and Voice) of the Company: Answer incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with inquiries, product questions, and order updates.
- Master our Systems: Learn and efficiently use our online sales platforms to process orders accurately and timely.
- Keep Us Moving: Provide essential administrative and operational support to various departments to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Precision Processing: Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data and managing customer records.
Job Requirements
- Communication Pro: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and a naturally helpful attitude.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating computers and learning new software quickly. Previous computer experience is required.

Detail-Oriented: You’re the type of person who double-checks everything; your organizational skills are top-notch.

The "Plus" Factor: While not required, experience with graphic design or design software is highly preferred and a major plus!
Additional Information
- Rate of pay - $14.00/hour
- Full Time Position (M-Th 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) - (Fri 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
- Immediate need
- Temp 3 - 6 months with potential for full time hire for the right candidate
