Job Description

If you possess exceptional customer service skills, an established company in Greenville, NC, is looking for a candidate who is focused on providing excellent customer service as a Customer Service/Call Center Representative.  This position will work in a call center that is a high performance, customer-focused, team environment.    The position will respond to customer requests and inquiries, account information, and determining the most effective resolution to customer accounts.  The qualified candidate must be hardworking, positive and possess strong communication (oral and written) skills.  
 
 
 
 
 

Job Requirements

Previous customer service experience of a responsible nature is required (minimum two years of experience).    

Proficiency with computer software programs.

Additional Information

This is a temporary position, and the length of the assignment will be approximately 6 months. 
The hours will be 40 per week and could potentially work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
