Customer Service/Call Center Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a customer service call center representative with experience in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service call center that is high performance, customer-focused, team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support.
- Provide excellent customer service, both verbally and in writing.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
- Follow company policies and procedures determining the most effective resolution to customer accounts.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of (2) years previous consistent call center/CSR experience for consideration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in customer service in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
This is a temporary position with the potential of becoming elect-to-hire.
