Expanding Eastern North Carolina employer is seeking work from home FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Call Center Agents to join an already established team!
$16.00/hour - CONTRACT ONLY

Training starts mid-December, and the new team members will be covering the holidays: 12/23-25 and 1/1-2.
This non-clinical position will receive and transfer calls appropriately in high volume. The positions primary responsibility is to answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate party, sharing information, providing assistance, answering questions and handling and/or resolving complaints.
These calls could be demanding, and you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from individuals facing challenging circumstances. These interactions may be emotionally charged, and it is important to be able to stay calm and professional.
The CSR is often the first interaction and must respond to the callers needs in a professional service-oriented manner while maintaining a high level of customer/client satisfaction.
Documentation is a must in this role - every call and conversation will be documented. Advanced tech skills mandatory.
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required; a medical or behavioral health experience is highly preferred.
- This position is temporary and will work an 8-hour shift between Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., or part-time 8-hour shift Monday- Wednesday within the call center hours 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- ALL holidays are required even if the holiday falls on a weekend.
- Position is currently remote, and the person must have a work environment that is free from interruptions. On site work accommodations made on a case-by-case basis.
- Contract need, lasting until June 2026.

Job Requirements
Must live in North Carolina, specifically within the catchment area of this client (eligibility will be determined by a recruiter during the review of your resume/location)
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required and behavioral health experience is preferred.
- CBC and Drug Screen will be a part of the pre-employment screening.
- VALID NC DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED, regardless of remote or onsite.
- MUST have the ability to work distraction free from home and on a FULL TIME SCHEDULE (8-hour shift) Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or PART-TIME (8-hour shift) Monday - Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Must have a schedule conducive to working ALL HOLIDAYS as required by the employer for this position. (even if the holiday falls on a weekend)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and during potentially high stress calls.
- Position is currently remote, and employees must have a private workspace that is free from interruptions and other individuals in the home due to HIPPA regulations. Proof of this workspace may be needed.
- Advanced tech skills mandatory.
Additional Information
- Must have a schedule conducive to working ALL holidays as required by the employer for this position starting in December.
- Must have Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
