Job Description

An established company in Wilson, NC,  who specializes in building materials,  is hiring a full-time Customer Service/Sales Associate to assist customers with product questions and orders.   

 Job duties are as follows:

  • Receive customer phone calls; provide support to customers and contractors via phone and in person
  • Refer to product catalogs and specification guides to determine related product uses and applications
  • Help customers with design solutions; provides customer feedback to management
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and informs customers of  schedules
  • Retrieve information for credit department when needed

Job Requirements

  • Previous sales experience specifically with building materials
  • High school diploma/equivalent or comparable combination of education, experience or training in related field
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Additional Information

Work scheduled is Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
