Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description
A leading Lenoir County, NC employer is hiring for a full-time executive level Administrative Assistant to help manage the day-to-day office operations and provide support to multiple managers. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who is highly organized, technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and has previous experience in a corporate culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manages calendars and independently schedules appointments
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds when needed
- Monitors and maintains department record keeping systems, including highly sensitive and/or critical administrative and financial data
- Prepares presentation and reports as needed
- Always uses discretion in communication both at work and outside of workplace so as not to release confidential information
- Tactfully handles difficult situations and ensures all contacts are handled professionally and always with courtesy with no exceptions

Job Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of upper level administrative experience MANDATORY
Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of the management team.
Must have a positive attitude and the ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly to address a range of needs.
Specific experience in analyzing loan documents is preferred.
