Floor Technician | 3rd Shift
Job Description
Local business is seeking a Dependable Floor Technician to work nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday - Thursday.
$13.50/hour to start
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of multiple facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Will operate various cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and mops
- Will clean and maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces – buff, strip and wax
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of previous experience in a Floor Technician role required, general janitorial or cleaning role experience is helpful
- Proven track record of dependability and reliability, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent work ethic, demonstrating punctuality, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Pay rate will start at $13.50/hour with the possible increase to $14.50 after a couple of months.
