Front Desk Patient Advocate
Job Description
We are looking for an engaging Front Desk Patient Advocate who is capable of working the front desk for an office providing therapeutic services. This position will be part-time, four days per week. First priority is to maintain an outgoing and positive personality since client interactions are frequent. The person in this role will be responsible for greeting patients and families and is expected to become familiar and get to "know" them as most come come in weekly and will be return visitors. Data entry and documentation processing such as e-filing, e-faxing, scanning, filing and general organization skills will be required. Experience or exposure to working in Canva will also be required as the person in this role will assist in creating materials based on previous templates that are available.
Some light cleaning and/or picking up of treatment rooms and public areas of the office are daily responsibilities in this role as well.

Job Requirements
- Outgoing and positive personality.
- Previous administrative experience specific to data entry, filling, scanning and faxing is required.
- Experience using Canva is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre employment drug screen.
Additional Information
- This position is part-time, working four days per week - M-TH
- Assignment could transition to permanent placement for the right candidate
