Job Description
Established medical office in Greenville, NC seeking a dedicated individual for a long-term role as a Part-Time Medical Office Assistant.
Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday (8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.). Flexibility to work up to 20 hours on occasion is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Location: Greenville, NC
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the professional first point of contact for all patients.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and patient flow with ease.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records within our EMR system.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a background in medical administration.
Job Requirements
- Previous medical office experience.
- Desire to only want to work part-time.
- Drug screen and CBC will be part of the onboarding process.
