How you will be involved:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive employee engagement and resolve conflicts with skill and empathy.

• Lead Recruitment and Development:
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional individuals.
• Champion employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

• Manage HR Operations:
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (EEO/DOL).
• manage and maintain our HRIS and ATS systems – experience with ADP required.

• Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop departmental goals, budgets, and systems to support organizational objectives.
• Provide proactive HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Represent the organization in personnel related hearings and investigations.

• Team Leadership:
• Oversee HR Recruiter, assisting in hiring, and ensuring the ATS is maintained.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master's preferred.
