A growing employer in Greenville is seeking a high-aptitude IT Representative to join their team 100% on-site. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who possesses a strong technical foundation and is ready to take on more responsibility in a professional server environment.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position. While our client is willing to train on specific internal systems, they are looking for a candidate who already "speaks tech" and understands the fundamentals of infrastructure management.
Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical support and hardware maintenance.
- Manage server access and perform basic administrative tasks within the server environment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and peripheral issues to ensure zero downtime.
- Maintain documentation for system updates and user configurations.

Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or IT-related role is preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Server Fundamentals: Familiarity with server basics, specifically how to access and navigate a server environment.
- On-site Commitment: Ability to work 100% on-site at our Greenville facility.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time.
