Job Description
We are recruiting for a high-level Warehouse Specialist for a key role with a large Greenville, NC employer. Ideally seeking a professional who can hit the ground running. While the role starts as a temporary contract, for the right candidate, this could be a strong foot-in-the-door for a long-term career.
What Sets This Role Apart?
Unlike standard labor roles, this position requires a blend of physical material handling and high-level digital inventory management. You will be a critical part of the supply chain, ensuring our physical warehouse and our digital systems are perfectly synced.
Primary Responsibilities
- Digital Inventory: Take ownership of inventory control and material movements using SAP.
- Physical Logistics: Safely operate a forklift and other equipment to move, stage, and organize materials.
- Regulated Standards: Maintain high accuracy and documentation standards (ideal for those with Pharma, BioTech, or Advanced Mfg experience).
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies before they impact production.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of solid warehouse/logistics experience.
- System Knowledge: Must have experience with SAP or a similar Tier-1 ERP system.
- Heavy Equipment: Proven forklift operation experience.
- Industry Background: Experience in a regulated industry (FDA, ISO, etc.) is a major plus.
- Mindset: A "higher-skill" approach—you understand the why behind the move, not just the how.

Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. & Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
