Local business is seeking a Dependable Floor Technician to work nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday - Thursday.

$13.50/hour to start

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Will operate various cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and mops
• Will clean and maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces – buff, strip and wax
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 months of previous experience in a Floor Technician role required, general janitorial or cleaning role experience is helpful
• Proven track record of dependability and reliability, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent work ethic, demonstrating punctuality, accountability, and a positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
