We are looking for an experienced and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join a team of professionals in specialist offices.

As part of this team, you would assess wounds incurred through accidents, diabetic healthcare issues, and surgical procedures to determine both immediate treatment needs and long-term treatment plans.   Another positions is needed assisting physicians, administering medications and vaccines, monitoring patients' vital signs.   These positions will coordinate with supervising physicians on treatment, case management and work to communicate information to families and health care administrators to ensure compassionate patient support and care is received. Educating patients and families on care practices and methods to promote wellness and healing will also be within your scope of responsibility during discharges. You must be a licensed registered nurse (RN) to be considered for this position.

1. Recording patient vital signs, documentation of visit and medication changes
2. Drawing blood and tissue samples for lab analysis
3. Cleansing, debridement and irrigation of wounds using sterile techniques
4. Application of skin grafts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
5. Administering vaccines

• Monday through Friday, some Saturdays as needed

You must be a licensed registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to be considered for this position

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree (2 or 4 year college)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year prior
• License: Certified State of NC and BLS 
• Must have proficient typing skills
• Previous experience in medical administration preferred
