We are seeking a highly organized individual to join a local legal team in Greenville, NC as a part-time Administrative Assistant.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional phone service and handling inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain a well-organized office by filing, scanning, copying, and ensuring smooth workflow (1:30 PM - 5:30 PM)
  • Assist with a variety of other clerical tasks to support the team
  • Answer a multi-line phone system

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy (or another chosen phrase)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Payrate of $13.00/per hour
  • Part-time contract position offering 20 hours per week (1:30 PM - 5:30 PM)\
