Job Description
A growing law firm in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced receptionist to join their team. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, managing the front desk, and providing administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments for attorneys and other staff
- Sort and distribute mail
- Organize client files
- Provide administrative support to office staff
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a law office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with legal software (a plus)
