Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics/Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.


  • Partner with the manager to prioritize shipments and ensure all procedures contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze shipping orders, invoices, and bills of lading to determine the most efficient shipping methods, routes, and work assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Oversee the activities of warehouse personnel involved in receiving, verifying, record-keeping, and shipment preparation.
  • Possess a strong understanding of receiving/shipping documents and their specific requirements.




Job Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
