This is not just a maintenance role; it is a chance to use your full spectrum of skills (from carpentry and plumbing to electrical and metalwork) to build and service clients inventory.

As an Advanced Fabrication Technician, you will be crucial to their success, using expertise to tackle complex, hands-on tasks:

• Master Craftsman: Interpret blueprints and technical documents to perform full-cycle builds, including framing, insulating, installing walls, doors, windows, and trimming.

• Troubleshooter: Perform comprehensive servicing, repair, and inspection of clients fleet and trailers — checking everything from brakes and tires to internal plumbing and electrical systems.

• Multi-Trade Expert: Seamlessly transition between tasks that require skills in welding, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical layout.

• Mentor: Provide on-the-job training to our Technician Trainees, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable, and highly capable team.

For consideration candidates must bring the following essential skills and experience:

• 5+ years of verifiable experience as an Advanced Technician.

• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, framing, welding, electrical, or plumbing).

• Forklift Certification and proficiency with power tools.

• The ability to read blueprints and demonstrate critical thinking with attention to detail.

• A dedication to safety, including proper use of PPE and compliance with industry practices
