Senior Marketing/Brand Manager
Job Description
A growing, multi-unit organization in Kinston, NC is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Marketing/Brand Manager to lead and execute company-wide marketing efforts across multiple brands and business lines. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with at least (5) years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both strategically and tactically.
The Senior Marketing/Brand Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media channels, digital campaigns, branding, media buying, and event-related marketing logistics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Develop, manage, and optimize social media presence and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities around events, including sourcing materials, scheduling promotions, and preparing onsite or remote support (may include occasional overnight travel)
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and marketing touchpoints
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and strategic partners
- Monitor customer engagement and feedback to refine outreach strategies
- Provide guidance or supervision to junior marketing staff, if applicable
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, ideally within a multi-location or service-oriented organization
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and online engagement strategies
- Proficiency in digital advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing analytics tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in media buying and familiarity with event coordination are highly valued
- Industry experience in hospitality, food service, or consumer-focused services is a plus, though not required
Requirements:
- (Advanced) Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Additional Information
- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours needed
- Based in Kinston, NC
- CBC and pre-employment drug screen will be part of the onbording process.
