Job Description

We are looking for articulate and professional candidates to join the teams of two local medical specialist offices.  These positions will involve checking patients in and out, scheduling follow up appointments, documenting patients’ information, handling payments for services, and performing other front desk/reception tasks as required.
 
Schedule: Full-time hours. Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm at start, but could change to a rotating schedule of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. one week and then 8:15 a.m. - close.  Hours may vary.
 
Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical front desk role.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.

Job Requirements

Must have the ability to work on a rotating Saturday schedule for one of the offices we are working with. 

Pre-employment CBC and drug screen will be part of the hiring process
