Job Description

Are you a resourceful, detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for getting things done? Local, health/wellness office needs an Office Support/HR Assistant to join their team!

In this role, you will wear many hats:

  • Assist with implementing new HR software, tackling tasks like data entry, reference checks, credential verifications, sending onboarding documents, background checks, and I9’s/E-Verify.
  • Proficient computer skills are key! Excel, Word, and various other programs, you will craft letters, communicate with clients and staff.
  • Preparing, sending and tracking contracts.
  • From Excel spreadsheets, handling large mailings to answering phones and running errands, you'll keep our office running smoothly with top-notch organizational skills.
  • Assist with greeting clients, handling phone calls, entering billing information, and scheduling appointments.

  • A blend of prior medical office and human resources experience required. 

Additional Information

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Work schedule is Monday – Friday,  9:00 a.m. –  5:00 p.m. but could be flexible with a 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. schedule.
