In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the site—balancing day-to-day production planning with long-term financial and personnel goals. You will not just sit behind a desk; you are a leader who "rolls up their sleeves," whether that means mentoring a new hire, giving a tour to local officials, or pitching in on the facility floor to ensure we meet high standards for safety and cleanliness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Employee Training & Team Management (50%): Lead the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performance management. You will identify growth opportunities for team members, delegate tasks to build skills, and ensure every employee is trained in safety and recycling best practices.

  • Site Productivity (25%): Partner with corporate leadership to meet daily and weekly production quotas. You will oversee sortation techniques and quality control, ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency.

  • Facility Upkeep & Compliance (15%): Ensure the site is a safe, inviting, and compliant workplace. You will maintain all environmental, financial, and safety reporting, ensuring we exceed industry expectations.

  • Sales & Marketing Support (10%): Act as a site ambassador. This includes hosting facility tours for municipalities, building relationships with commodity buyers, and resolving customer requests with a helpful attitude.
