We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our client’s team and manage the full employee recruiting and onboarding process. What You Will Do:
As the HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in supporting new employees from their first day to their last. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Overseeing the entire hiring process from posting to placement, including qualifying applicants and guiding them through each step.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires and a clear, efficient process for departing employees.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll and managing employee benefits.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
- Documentation and Compliance: Meticulously filing all associated paperwork and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Process Management: Following step-by-step processes from start to finish with precision and efficiency.
Education:
A.A.S. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
**This is a remote, contract position lasting for approximately 4 months. **
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience performing a wide range of Human Resources duties, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, training new hires, offboarding, and talent sourcing.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools, including ADP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You'll be communicating clearly and professionally via email, phone, and Webex, with limited in-person interactions.
- Superior Organization: Your ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: A strong aptitude for following detailed processes from beginning to end.
