Patient/Guest Services Representative
Job Description
Medical facility is seeking compassionate and dedicated individual to join their team as Patient/Guest Services Representative.
We are looking for a customer service-oriented professional who is highly motivated to provide exceptional care to patients and their families.
This position will be 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.) with rotating weekends (1:3).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interactions with patients and families to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build strong relationships with team members to optimize the patient experience.
- Effectively communicate patient concerns and special needs to team members and providers.
- Adhere to established procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to accommodate patient and company needs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
- 40 hours a week
- 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.)
- Required to work a rotational weekend schedule for every 3rd weekend
- The need will be for 6 months
