Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician to join a team in the production of high-quality oral solid dosage (OSD) products.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our facility, operating the advanced machinery that transforms raw active ingredients into the life-enhancing tablets and capsules our patients rely on. This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of oral solid dosage (OSD) products in a strictly regulated GMP/FDA environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Setup, operate, teardown, and clean manufacturing machinery (blenders, tablet presses, encapsulators, and coaters).
- Production Support: Handle dispensing, sifting, granulation, and compression of materials.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, "right-first-time" records in batch logs per cGMP and SOP standards.
- Maintenance & Safety: Monitor equipment for issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure strict adherence to PPE and gowning protocols.

Job Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Technical certification (preferred).
- Experience: 1+ years in a GMP pharmaceutical environment; specific experience in granulation or compression is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Must be able to obtain an internal forklift certification.
- Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted; push/pull 100+ lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Must pass a medical evaluation to wear a respirator.
- Comfortable working around chemicals, dust, and moving machinery.
Additional Information
Training will start as first shift (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and then transition to second shift (4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.) after training is complete.
MAY WORK FRIDAYS IF THERE IS A BUSINESS NEED.
Successful completion of temporary assignment could result in transition to the company.
