Are you a master of first impressions with a knack for behind-the-scenes organization? We are looking for a Staff Support Specialist to join a corporate office. This unique hybrid role serves as the heartbeat of our front office and a key engine for our Marketing Department.
As a Staff Support Specialist, you will wear two hats. You will be the primary backup for a receptionist. ensuring guests feel welcomed and calls are handled with grace, while spending the rest of your time providing critical administrative power to a Marketing team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House Excellence:
- Reception Backup: Seamlessly step in to manage the front desk, greeting visitors and directing high-volume calls with a professional demeanor.
- Office Vibe: Help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment that reflects our corporate brand.
Marketing & Administrative Support:
- Reporting & Data: Compile and format marketing reports; your accuracy here is vital for our strategy meetings.
- Correspondence: Draft and proofread professional emails, letters, and internal memos.
- Inventory Management: Track marketing collateral and ensuring the company never runs out of the essentials.

- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new inventory or reporting software.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role (corporate experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Information
Elect-to-hire position located in Kinston, NC
Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Background check and drug screening are required.
